AIn this theory ‘time’ is non-linear because we have an Arrow of Time for each ref-frame. We all have our own time line from birth to death but this is within a cosmological time line for the whole Universe that is linear. This process is universal for each individual part of the Universe as it is for the Universe as a whole.
