A concept of time with the future as an emergent property that is uncertain that is represented by the uncertainty of quantum mechamics
Our present-day age has a kind of passion for the study of
developing processes. We do not feel quite at home with any subject until we
can work our way back to its origin or origins and then follow it in its
unfolding’s explaining the higher and more complex stages in terms of the lower
and more simple ones. But the one thing we never do this with is ‘time’ we
never try and explain why we have a future that is always uncertain and a past
we can never change. Einstein said: “for us physicist the concept of future and
past has no meaning”. This video explains an artist theory on ‘time’ as a
physical process with an emergent future that is uncertain!
