An artist observation of Quantum Mechanics

I have been promoting this theory on the internet for over three years now and these are some of the latest question people have asked me.

How did you formulate your theories? By mathematical derivation or pure observation?

As an artist I started by observations, but I found that this theory can explain the mathematics we already have giving us a reason for the continuous flow of irrational numbers like π. We are energy ∆E and we have a future uncertainty ∆E ∆t ≥ h/2π over a period of time ∆t in 2π dimensions past and future. This uncertainty will unfold in 3 dimensional space ∆×∆p×≥h/4π. Therefore we have 4π in Heisenberg’s Uncertainty Principle representing the sphere of 3 dimensional space for the uncertainty of position and momentum. The 2 dimensional surface of the spherical wave function we see and feel as the 2 dimensions of the past and future forming the flow of time!

What was meant by "free will" in this? I am strongly opposed to any notion of "libertarian" but am completely for compatibalism and deterministic freewill. I'd be interested to hear QM's impact on Freewill.

Free-will to choose when and where to collapse the wave function by choosing when and where we come in contact with it. Modern science has no understanding of why we have free-will a future and a past or even what the moment of now is.

If you create your own reality, how come everybody dies?and with sudden death how come the dead have surprised looks on their face(anguish)

Consciousness is always in the moment of now collapsing the wave function as the most advanced part of a universal process! Each individual collapses the light waves giving each new photon a position in space and time that never existed before the collapse. In this way the future unfolds as a process of continuous creation. There is uncertainty of when electrical activity within the brain will stop (death) because Heisenberg’s Uncertainty Principle is future uncertainty.

The choice that you, as a Soul, have in relation to anything is always to be loving. Do you understand that this is the divine purpose that all of us as humans have been given -- to love unconditionally?

In this theory consciousness is the most advanced part of a universal process! If we see love has the highest form of consciousness then this theory will not disagree with your faith!
In setting up this theory I have found a unity or oneness of great symmetry everything seems to be a reflection of the whole forming Einstein’s relativity within the process of time.

Nick, There is an article by a scientist CERN, "Dragan Slavkov Hajdukovic". In it he suggests dark matter is not real and is just an effect caused "gravitational polarization" of the "quantum vacuum".I recall you suggesting something similar quite some time ago and thought you might like to read it, but it will not let me post here.AJ

AJ, I don’t believe there is such a thing as Dark Matter, multiple dimensions or parallel universes. In this theory there is just our three dimensional Universe with future probabilities instead of multiple dimensions.

I'm curious to know what the latest news from the LHC on supersymmetry means to your theory? Is is more evidence in support of QAT perhaps?

I believe the LHC is like a Stone Age man hitting two stones together and creating sparks. He will be able to give the sparks names some Up Sparks, Down Sparks, Blue Sparks and Red Sparks. I don’t say this to belittle what they are doing, but it seems to me to be a creative process over a period of time and sometimes we just have to stand back and look!

Have u heard of the theory of fractals?

Yes I have some videos on fractals in this theory fractals are formed by the repetition of the wave function continuously collapsing and reforming. A kind of geometrical and mathematical repetition!

Uncertainties arising from heisenburg's uncertainty principle is non-deterministic. That is to say, there is no amount of information we could have about the system that would allow us to predict the outcome. Many macroscopic events ARE deterministic, where the uncertainty can be done away with by merely setting up appropriate measurement apparatuses.

The uncertainty of some future events can also be done away with by merely setting up appropriate measurement apparatuses. But we have no understanding of why we have a future and a past forming an arrow of time with the uncertainty and probability of life.
This theory links everything together forming an objective reality to quantum probability.

The uncertainty principal doesn't make sense. All it explains is our ignorance of the reality. How can that be a theory at all. Like rolling dice, there is no chance. It is our inability to calculate all the variables from the point the dice leave are hands. In other words, the dice can absolutely be calculated or predicted before they stop and settle on a number. So uncertainty is an admission of ignorance, no?

The Heisenberg’s Uncertainty Principle makes sense if the wave function that forms the uncertainty is seen as the physical process that forms the flow of time itself.

Currently the arrow of time is thought to be caused by entropy laws. The reason there is a future and a past is because there are rea_ctions that are irreversible, not because the outcomes of the reactions are uncertain. If what you're saying is correct, then you should somehow be able to derive thermodynamic entropy from heisenburg's uncertainty principle. I know you're not a physicist, but that would constitute a proof of your idea in that regard.

In this theory entropy does not cause the arrow of time it is the other way round the continuous flow of time forms the spontaneous natural process of entropy. This make sense when you think that entropy is not universal a small child does not undergo entropy. But time as a continuous process of change will naturally disperse energy from high to low temperature with a built in future uncertainty HUP and statistical entropy!

'Time moves at the speed of light and energy and mass slow it down to form their own space-time geometry.' What a beautiful description. One thing though, I'm not clear on what energy and mass are/is. What is it that's doing the interacting? I've watched loads of your videos and you've probably explained it but unfortunately my brain has melted.

In this theory energy and mass are oscillations or vibration of atoms that interact with each other forming electromagnetic waves (light). Waves by their nature have to move and we see and feel this continuous movement as the flow of time or time continuum.

what you are seeing is not change or creation but merely a_ction/reaction and yes it is everywhere. Time is just a measurement created by man to reference his existence in the universe. Einstein's merging of space and time is the reason why his theory did not work. Space exists, time is just an imaginary attributed measurement. Only the future has an infinite number of possibilities due to human choice and even that is virtually action/reaction also.

But NASA Gravity Probe B (GP-B) has found that there is a space-time vortex around Earth, and its shape matches the predictions of Einstein's theories of relativity. Time and space in Einstein's theories of relativity, are woven together, forming the fabric of spacetime. As the Earth moves around the Sun the spacetime vortex moves around with it. Even the Earth spinning on its axis creates a spacetime frame-dragging effect.

Unfortunately the is no continuous creation, all that is, is, was, and will always be. You can only understand the transformation from state to state. Time (Reference Time) is just a reference system created by humans to order there existence. In infinity there is no time.

But everywhere we look we can see continuous change or creation the creative process is everywhere! Time cannot be just a measurement or reference because we have Einstein’s spacetime geometry and time dilation explained in his theories on relativity. We have an infinity of possibilities!

This Blog has been set up to promote Quantum Atom Theory an artist theory on the dynamics of light and time. In this theory the individual atoms are creating their own spacetime geometry (the rate that time flows) relative to their energy or mass and position or momentum.

I am an artist and when I create a work of art it takes energy and is a process over a period of time ∆E ∆t ≥ h/2π. There is always uncertainty ∆×∆p×≥h/4π of how the art work will turn out in three dimensional (4π spherical) space the position of the lines and curves π on the canvas. Every movement I make will have to start at the quantum level and will have an uncertainty of momentum and position (Heisenberg's Uncertainty Principle). As I move positive and negative electric charge will move and the wave-particle duality of light will alternate between wave and particle. We see and feel this continuous alternating between wave and particle as the continuous flow of time. Just like the tick tock, tick tock of a clock the continuous wave particle, wave particle represents the physical flow of time itself!

Each photon is a new oscillation in the continuum of creation. We have a process of continuous creation or change creating an infinity of possibilities at every degree and angle of creation that we can interact with turning the possible into the actual! Because it is an infinity everything is unique and our whole Universe is only relative to each object or observer.

Therefore the observer is the only true reference frame and we have relativity. The probability of the Uncertainty Principle is the same probability that the observer will have with any future event because time is the Hidden Variable. We know time is a variable because we have time dilation when objects accelerate towards the speed of light and also around objects of great mass.

In this theory we only need three dimensions and one variable of time because we have a process of continuous change. The parallel universes of Hugh Everett and the multiple dimension of String Theory are just individual reference frames or space-times within our one three dimensional Universe.

In the mathematics of Hugh Everett’s Many Worlds Interpretation of quantum mechanics each parallel universe is at right-angles to the other. In this theory this mathematics represents electric fields being at right-angles to magnetic fields. The continuous flow of electromagnetic radiating energy (light) is forming an infinity of changing reference frames at every degree and angle of spacetime.

These reference frames or space-times are on every level of creation from the Planck constant to objects of our everyday lives. Because time is a measurement and a variable we have the Measurement Problem of quantum physics. Time is only relative to the energy or mass of the object forming the spacetime.

We have Quantum Entanglement because light has spherical symmetry and therefore photons will have opposite spin when they are on opposite sides of the light sphere. Therefore the dynamics of light will form a universal process of symmetry forming and breaking for the whole Universe. This will create a mathematical base for the evolution of life. It is because life can choose when and where to collapse the wave function breaking the symmetry that we have freewill. Life will create its own ripples in the fabric of spacetime forming its own broken symmetry of its own evolutionary path.

In Quantum Atom Theory the outward momentum of light or EMR creates the inward force of gravity. When EMR comes in contact with another object it will be absorbed in proportion to the mass of that object. This will create an unbalanced force and the two objects will resonate together.

The greater the energy or mass of an object the slower time will run forming that objects gravitation field. This will distorting the geometry of time and space forming Einstein’s curvature of spacetime any objects will free-fall towards that object because it has the slowest rate or flow of time.

Because atoms consist mostly of empty space EMR of short wave lengths like x-rays can penetrate the objects. Therefore every single part of matter can take part in the gravitational interaction.

The gravitation field will propagate at the same speed that EMR moves, the speed of light therefore there is no instantaneous action at a distance.

We have the inverse square law because the surface area of the light sphere increases with the square of the radius. Thus the strength of the gravitational field is inversely proportional to the square of the distance from the source.

This is my theory I am only an artist and therefore outside of the scientific community because of this there is no peer review. But any help promoting this theory on You Tube or in the scientific community will be gratefully welcomed. The aim of this theory is the unification of quantum and classical physics. Too see behind the paradoxes and probability to see the true simplicity and scientific beauty of our Universe. Those that look upon this theory and comprehend will see their own infinity without end.

Everyone see their own rainbow! In just three dimensions relative to the angle they are looking at it. Two people in different positions will see the same rainbow in different position in the sky at the same time. This could just be an optical illusion; just a trick of the light or it could represent something fundamental in the dynamics of light and time.

You might be thinking that this is just because all the angles are changing and that everything is relative and you will be right. But the wavelengths (colours) of the light are moving in unison because light is a universal constant independent of the source and the observer.

In Quantum Atom Theory the speed of light is a universal constant because each new photon particle of light is also a new moment in time that forms geometry of spacetime.

NASA Gravity Probe B (GP-B) has found that there is a space-time vortex around Earth, and its shape matches the predictions of Einstein's theories of relativity.

Time and space in Einstein's theories of relativity, are woven together, forming the fabric of spacetime. As the Earth moves around the Sun the spacetime vortex moves around with it. Even the Earth spinning on its axis creates a spacetime frame-dragging effect.

It could be said the Earth creates its own spacetime geometry relative to its energy or mass.

Physicists are confident that now we have discovered a spacetime vortex existing around the Earth, they must also exist elsewhere in our Universe around neutron stars, black holes and galaxies.

This raise more questions than answers,

It is logical that larger objects will distort the fabric of spacetime more than a relatively small planet like the Earth.

But is there a cut off point to how small an object can be and still distort spacetime or create a vortex around itself?

In Quantum Atom Theory the cut off point is the individual atoms! This might sound odd, but it can be supported by another experiment.

In 1971 the Hafele-Keating experiment took cesium-beam atomic clocks aboard commercial airliners and flew twice around the world first eastward, then westward, and then compared the clocks against clocks that were stationary relative to the ground.

They found that the clock aboard the plane moving eastward, in the direction of the Earth's rotation that had the greatest velocity also had the greatest time dilation. This experiment shows us that even something as small as a commercial airliners can distort the fabric of spacetime forming a so called vortex around itself.

There is no logical reason why this should not be a universal process with the individual observer forming his or her own future spacetime geometry. A process we see and feel as the continuum of time.

Not at all this theory is based on the mathematics of quantum mechanics and a traditional view of a hierarchy. Beginning with the atoms and ending with complex biological organisms and the movement of the planets and stars.

Yes! The so called observer effect is explained in this theory because light has to come in contact with our eyes for us to see therefore our eyes collapse the w-function just like any other object in our Universe by coming into physical contact with. This is a universal process that is happening all around us. The wave particle duality of light is continuously collapsing and reforming. In a process we see and feel as the passage or flow of time.

Consciousness is the most complex form of this process and can therefore comprehend this process as a future and a past. Because the laws of physics are universal therefore this process formed by the wave-particle duality of light must be happening everywhere and must effect everything even consciousness itself. We know that our brains’ work by electrical impulses forming chemical changes, this electrical activity forms electromagnetic fields.
In this theory these electromagnetic fields are governed by Heisenberg's Uncertainty Principle and there is a link between electrical potential and future potential. It is time variations within electric fields that act as a source for magnetic fields and time varying magnetic fields is the source of the electric fields. When one field is changing in time, then a field of the other is induced. Human thought is the most advanced form of this universal process and can therefore comprehend this process as a future and a past.

In this theory (Quantum Atom Theory) the great difference between quantum and classical physics is that quantum physics represents the forward passage of time itself.

This theory is based on two simple postulates,
1. The first is that the Quantum Wave Particle Function explained by Schrödinger’s wave equation represents the forward passage of time or arrow of time ∆E ∆t ≥ h/2π itself photon by photon, quanta by quanta or moment by moment.
