This is an invitation to see an artist theory of the physics of ‘time’ as a physical process.

We live and die over a period of time but we have no physical concept of time or why we have a past that can never be changed and a future that is always uncertain.

 

This video explains a physical process of universal symmetry forming and breaking that forms the continuous change that we see and feel as time. This theory offers an alternative to String Theory and the Many Worlds Interpretation of quantum mechanics. With the extra dimensions or parallel universes just representing future possibilities and opportunities in our one three dimensional Universe of continuous creation, continuous energy exchange.

 

This continuous energy exchange is formed by the spontaneous absorption and emission of light wave of EMR. The forward momentum of light forms an Arrow of Time for each object or individual with the wave particle duality of light acting like the bits or zeros and ones of a computer continuously forming a blank canvas that we can interact with giving us the opportunities and possibilities to turn the possible into the actual within our own ref-frame!

 

Time is an emergent property with the future continuously coming into existence with each new light photon oscillation or vibration within an infinite number of dynamic interactive reference frames that are continuously coming in and out of existence. Because the process is universal each individual will be in the centre of their own created reference frame creating their own future by forming new light photon oscillation or vibration relative to their position and the energy and momentum of their own actions! In this theory creation is truly in the hand and eye of the beholder!

The Living Force of Gottfried Leibniz (The Living Force = Mass x Speed²) within an artist theory on the physics of ‘time’ as a physical process.

 The idea of a Living Force is an obsolete scientific theory that there is a creative force. The theory was eventually absorbed into the modern theory of energy.

 

But it is interesting to think that if the idea had be maintained instead of having energy equals mass times the speed of light squared we would have had the Living Force equals mass times the speed of light squared. This would have changed our outlook of the Universe and our place within it totally. For with the belief in a creative force comes the questions what can be achieved what are the possibilities and opportunities within creation!

This is totally different view from modern physics that can be summed up in the second law of thermodynamics that entropy or disorganization will always increase.



 It is the physics that lead to the idea that if Africa had the same standard of living as the USA it could destroy the environment it is the physics of global warming.

 It goes with the idea that even though we live in a Universe of continuous motion continuous energy exchange the only way for us to create enough energy is by nuclear power dividing the atom and destroying the unity of life and symmetry of space and time in the process.

 



It is truly the physics of entropy and the second law of thermodynamics representing continuous disorganization and decline of the civilization that created it.

But one of the great unsolved mysteries of modern physics is where does the organization come from for the continuous disorganization or entropy that we have in the second law of thermodynamics.

In a new theory called Quantum Atom Theory this organization is not formed at the beginning of the Universe with a big bang but is being formed here and now as a process of continuous spherical symmetry forming and breaking.

This symmetry is formed by the spontaneous absorption and emission of light forming a great dance of creation of continuous energy exchange. When light waves interact with the electrons of atoms it forms photon electron couplings and the electron is the most spherical object in the Universe. 

This forms the symmetry or organization for the continuous disorganization or entropy that we have in the second law of thermodynamics.

We see and feel this process as the flow of time with the future coming into existence with each new photon oscillation or vibration. As photon energy cascades down it forms greater degrees of freedom for the increase in disorganization or entropy.

One of the main affects these photon oscillations or vibrations have on the individual is the aging process as time unfolds photon by photon.  

But this process can also be seen as the ‘living force’ or creative force that created the driving force for the evolution of life and the creativity that we see in art and poetry.

The idea of the ‘living force’ is based on the principle that the power of a moving object increases relative to its speed squared! This means that the motion of even very small bodies provided their speed is great can represent a great power.

A good example of this is steam power with each particle of water vapour being very tiny but having the potential to perform an action of great power! 

In this theory the power of the ‘living force’ is formed by one creative process that unites human potential with electrical potential and gravitational potential!



The best way to explain this is to dumb down consciousness to the level of electrical activity in the brain that is aware of its own electrical potential within its own ref-frame.

 



It is this process of each one of us having our own ref-frame that gives the brain the concept of mind with each one of us having our own unique view of life from the centre of our own ref-frame.

The continuous flow of idea and emotions that forms consciousness is always in the ‘moment of now’ within the centre of its own created reality this is why each individual can look back in time in all direction at the beauty of the stars.

Therefore the individual is always in the centre of their own created ref-frame as an interactive part of creation. I believe this is what we are seeing when we see an artist at work, we are seeing new photon oscillations or vibrations coming into existence relative to the energy and momentum of the artist!

The wave particle duality of light is continuously forming a blank canvas that we can interact with turning the possible into the actual!

Because electric charge is an innate part of all matter and the photon of quantum mechanics is also the carrier of the electromagnetic force this makes consciousness the most advanced part of a one universal process.

  Therefore we can comprehend this process as ‘time’ with memories of the past and a potential future that is always uncertain.



By doing this we can link quantum uncertainty with electrical potential and gravitational potential of Newton’s universal law of gravitation

Nikola Tesla’s Dynamic Theory of Gravity

 

This theory of gravity is based on the work and ideas of Tesla although the main manuscript is lost many of his ideas and concepts on a gravitational theory can still be found.

 

The video above gives us an objective understanding of the electromagnetic force explaining gravity as a secondary force to the EM force (Tesla dynamic theory of gravity).

 

In this theory electrical potential, gravitational potential and human potential are all linked by one universal process! Also curved space is never empty because electric charge is an innate part of matter, there is always electromagnetic fields.

Plato’s ideal Platonic Reality within an artist theory on the physics of ‘time’ as a physical process.

The Ancient Greeks took a totally different approach to mathematics their mathematics was not based on equations, but on geometry. It was the mathematics of physical shapes and they used diagrams to represent their ideas, they had a visual approach to mathematics.

 



Plato believed in an ideal Platonic Reality that is accessible to the mathematically trained human mind.

His view was that the laws of mathematics are true, like the laws of nature. Mathematicians just discovered them, but they are pre-existing. Plato believed that our physical world is a dim refection of some perfect ideal reality.

 



In the theory explained in the video above this ideal Platonic reality is continuously coming in existence at the quantum level of the atoms as a process of spherical symmetry forming and breaking. This process of continuous energy exchange is not a process over a period of time rather it provides the formal basis for time as an emergent property



 This theory is quite easy to understand because like the mathematics of Ancient Greece the mathematics represents geometry that can be expressed in diagrams. The only difference is that it is an interactive dynamic geometry that is continuously coming into existence.

 



 This dynamic geometry is formed by the spontaneous absorption and emission of light. The wave-particle duality of light forms an interactive process that we see and feel as ‘time’ with the future continuously coming into existence light photon by light photon.

Only when the light waves come in contact with matter (electrons) do they collapse into photons forming a photon electron coupling. The electron is the most spherical object in the Universe and it is this spherical symmetry that represents Plato’s ideal Platonic Reality in this theory. 

 

This spherical symmetry forms the low entropy or high organization for the increase in entropy or disorganization that we have in the Second Law of Thermodynamics with the flow of time!

 

In this theory quantum physics represents the physics of ‘time’ as a physical process each quantum state is a state in ‘time’ as the future unfolds. Quantum uncertainty is the same uncertainty we have with any future event!

Light always take the path of least time and distance and people have ask the question: how can the light have known which path was the least time and distance.

In this theory the answer is that space and time are coming into existence by this process of light photon energy exchange. The present moment has to be able to create the future and this is happening as the smallest scale of space and time.

 

The future cannot be predetermined by mathematics because human mathematics is based on the geometry of this process therefore at the heart of mathematics we find uncertainty in the form of Heisenberg’s Uncertainty Principle ∆×∆p×≥h/4π and Kurt Gödel incompleteness theorem.

Quantum Computers a classical or objective understanding explaining 'time' as an an emergent property

To have an objective understanding of quantum computers that fits in with the reality of our everyday life we would need an objective understanding of quantum mechanics itself.

But first if we look at how ordinary computer works we find that modern computers require data to be encoded into binary digits or (bits). A bit is the basic unit of information in computing and digital communications. A bit can have only one of two values the most common representation of these values are 0 and 1.

The two values can also be interpreted as logical values such as: true/false, yes/no, on/off or the signs (+/−) or any other two-valued states.

In information theory, one bit is typically defined as the uncertainty of a binary random variable that is 0 or 1 with equal probability until the information is gained when the value of such a variable becomes known.

 

 

 A quantum computer makes direct use of quantum mechanical phenomena, such as superposition and entanglement to perform operations. Instead of having bits we have qubits  or quantum bits that can be zero and one at the same time.

 

The Bloch Sphere is a geometrical representation of a quantum bit or qubit.

 

There are a number of physical objects that can be used as a qubit like a single photon or an electron. Scientists have used the outer most electron of an atom as a qubit. It works because all electrons have magnetic fields they are like little bar magnets and this property is called spin. They have spin up and spin down just like a classical bit having 1 or 0.

But the big differences is that they can have spin up or spin down at the same time and this is where the quantum computer gets its superior computing power from.

 

There is no logical or classical explanation of why a single photon or electron can represent a quantum bit or qubit and therefore represent zero and one at the same time.

This video will put forward the idea that we don’t have a logical explanation of this because we don’t have a complete understanding of the nature of ‘time’ as a physical process.

   The only explanation is that ‘time’ is an emergent property with the future continuously coming into existence photon by photon within a Universe of continuous creation.

In other words the spontaneous absorption and emission of light forms a process of continuous change or energy exchange that we see and feel as the continuum of time 

This gives us a logical or classical understanding of quantum mechanics; Quantum physics represent the physics of ‘time’ as a physical process continuously unfolding at the quantum level of the atoms. Therefore quantum uncertainty known as Heisenberg's Uncertainty Principle is the same uncertainty we have with any future event that we can interact with turning the possible into the actual within our own reference frame.

Because the photon of quantum mechanics is also the carrier that forms the movement of EM fields this also gives us an object understanding to why we can create electricity!

Infinity is there within the smallest sphere, An artist theory on ‘time’ as a physical process

People have gone mad trying to understand infinity but the video above puts forward the idea that we have mathematical infinity because we have a potential infinity of future possibilities and opportunities that forms the uncertainty of everyday life.

 

This can be explained by physics because in this theory time and space are emergent property formed by a physical process of continuous energy exchange with the future continuously coming into existence light photon by light photon.

In this theory the individual is an interactive part of creation and because the photon is also carrier of the electromagnetic force, electrical potential is linked to our future potential with electrical activity in the brain representing the most advanced part of this universal process!

  Therefore conscious thought is always in the moment of now. With a continuous stream of thoughts and ideas that can comprehend this process as ‘time’ as an interactive process of continuous creation with a potential future infinity of possibilities. 

This theory can explain the paradoxes of infinity because we have a process of continuous creation that we see and feel as ‘time’ but has the geometry of spacetime.

 



A mathematician will interact with this universal process continuously forming his or her own spacetime geometry therefore it is only logical that he will be able to divide that geometry into infinity smaller parts as time unfolds.

The Universe is dynamic and expanding and this forms the infinities of human mathematics! 

 



In this diagram we have infinity between the whole numbers one and two. The finite parts of the series can be made as close as you like to the whole number two, but will never actually reach it.  This infinity between each whole number must represent something fundamental in the structure of our Universe.

Aristotle idea of something being ‘potentially infinite’ went some way to explaining this, but only a deeper understanding of time as a continuous process forming the geometry of spacetime with an potential infinity of future events can give us a total explanation.

The mathematician G Cantor found a structure to infinity, he found that you could build up a never-ending tower of larger and larger infinities from below, but he realized that infinity could not be approached from above.

The more we depart from zero and approach greater and greater numbers more the departure from infinity.
 



This makes logical sense in this theory, the zero represents zero time or t = 0 the moment of now formed by light interacting with matter. The zero represents an infinite branching point with the positive numbers marching off forming a potential future with a square of probability and the negative numbers receding towards a limitless past representing the positive and negative of EMW

This whole process can be seen as a process of spherical symmetry forming and breaking.   There is an infinite number of line symmetries within a sphere and also an infinite number of rotational symmetries.

This is where the infinities come from that we find in mathematics and this process also forms the potential infinity of possibilities and opportunities of everyday life!

It would be logical if ‘time’ was formed by this process that represents the spontaneous absorption and emission of light. That ‘time’ would expand out in every direction in three dimensional space with the expansion of the Universe.

    But this is not what we observer ‘time’ is two dimensional with a past and future and a time line forming an Arrow of Time that modern physics cannot explain.

 This line symmetry is formed because when light comes in contact with matter it forms a photon electron coupling forming the magnetic moment or dipole moment.

 This forms matter anti-matter annihilation in just one direction forming the Arrow of Time within that ref-frame.

 



  When the spherical symmetry is broken it forms the spiral symmetry forming the| imperfect Spiral Symmetry that is visible in nature as the Fibonacci spiral.  



Because the process is universal intelligent life will form its own broken symmetry out of this process forming its own future relative to the energy and momentum of its own actions. In this theory creation is truly in the hand and eye of the beholder!

The Mathematics of Quantum Atom Theory an artist theory on ‘time’ as a physical process

The video above is different from my previous videos. In my previous videos I explain Quantum Atom Theory an artist theory on the physics of ‘time’ as a physical process. I did this by using as little mathematics as possible. The mathematics was always there in the diagrams but I tried to make everything as simple as possible in the belief that everyone should be able to understand this theory!

This video will explain the mathematics this will be quite easy to follow because the mathematics of this theory is based on the geometry of a physical process.

I believe this is important a theory that only has a mathematical understanding like quantum mechanics can never be a complete theory.

Also a theory that was based solely on observation but had no mathematical base would be lacing in a very important way.  

 



I will start with this diagram representing the flow of time. In the top left hand corner we have the equation known as Heisenberg’s Uncertainty Principle with 4π representing a sphere.

We have 4π in this equation because the uncertainty principle is formed by the quantum wave particle function or probability function of Quantum Mechanics that expands out as an inverse sphere.    

It would be logical if ‘time’ was formed by this process that represents the spontaneous absorption and emission of light. That ‘time’ would expand out in every direction in three dimensional space with the expansion of the Universe.

    But this is not what we observer ‘time’ is two dimensional with a past and future and a time line forming an Arrow of Time that modern physics cannot explain.

Almost everywhere else in this diagram we see 2π the reason for this is that equations with 2π have cylindrical symmetry a form of line symmetry.

 

This line symmetry is formed because when light comes in contact with matter it forms a photon electron coupling and we have matter anti-matter annihilation in just one direction forming the Arrow of Time in that ref-frame.

In the lower right hand corner of the diagram we have the Planck Constant h/2π representing a constant of action in a dynamic process that forms the Arrow of Time.

Also we see Heisenberg’s Uncertainty Principle reformulated with energy and time with 2π representing the time line instead of the 4π representing three dimensional space.

Note also that the oscillating wave represents harmonic motion and that the equation representing the movement of the pendulum is typical of equation representing the movement of objects. With 2π representing a universal process of spherical symmetry forming and breaking that we see and feel as the flow of time.

 



This diagram shows the complex plain with the positive and negative numbers and the imaginary number going off at right angles with zero in the centre.

This still represent the geometry of a physical process. The zero represents zero time or t = 0 the moment of now formed by light interacting with matter. With the positive numbers marching off forming a potential future with a square of probability and the negative numbers receding towards a limitless past representing the positive and negative of EMW.   

In the top left hand corner we have Maxwell’s second law with north and south magnetic poles cancel out equalling zero within a sphere 4π of uncertainty

This forms the continuous flow of electric charge with the movement of electromagnetic fields. The electric fields will always be at right angles to the magnetic fields because the momentum of the light will always be at right-angle to the surface of the sphere. This is represented on the diagram by the imaginary numbers being at right angles to the real numbers. 

In Maxwell’s theory of ‘magnetic fields’ any moving charged particle creates a magnetic moment. Because positive and negative charge is an innate part of matter that keeps cancelling out this process is universal and continuous forming the continuum of time moment by moment.

  On the lower left hand side of the diagram we have Dirac equation that also equals zero representing zero time or t =0 with matter antimatter annihilation forming the magnetic moment or dipole moment with the future coming into existence  photon by photon quanta by quanta.

This magnetic moment is formed when light waves interact with matter to form a photon electron couplings and the electron is the most spherical object in the Universe

This spherical symmetry or organisation forms the low entropy that creates the possibility for the continuous increase in entropy or disorganisation that we have in the Second Law of Thermodynamics as time unfolds.

As photon energy cascades down it forms greater degrees of freedom for the increase in entropy or disorganisation forming the uncertainty of everyday life.

In the top right hand corner of the diagram we have Euler Identity the most beautiful equation to come out of the mind of man. But this beautiful equation has no meaning or purpose in modern physics.

 

But in this theory Euler Identity is interwoven into the dynamic fabric of our Universe. With the plus one representing one quanta or photon equals zero time t = 0 the moment of now.

To understand this further we have to use the next diagram that shows how this spherical symmetry breaks forming spiral symmetry that has line symmetry for the Arrow of Time.

 

 When the spherical symmetry is broken it forms spiral symmetry in the form of the Riemann surface rises up out of the Complex plane forming a spiral pattern. Euler Identity is at the heart of this process. The easiest way of looking at this is that the only number you could add to the number one to get zero in minus one and this forms the rotation that breaks the spherical symmetry. Also in mathematics the imaginary number i is the square root of -1 there is no objective understanding to this, you could say that this is just the way mathematics is.

 But is this theory the imaginary number i is the square root of -1 because it is part of a physical process linked to the square of probability.

There will always be uncertainty at the quantum level and in our everyday life because the imaginary number i is the square root of -1 representing this rotational symmetry that maintains the probability function at t = 0 the moment of now .

It may seem at times that the theory is explaining the paradoxes of mathematics rather than the mathematics explaining the theory.

 

This is because human mathematics is based on the dynamic geometry of this theory this can be seen in the way Euler Identity and imaginary numbers are part of the theory.

Each rotation of the origin 2π cylindrical symmetry has to be added and we find ourselves on another sheet of the complex plane. This spiral symmetry form line symmetry representing the time line or Arrow of Time.

 The entire spiral pattern is equivalent to a sphere 4π with a single minimum dynamic origin formed by spherical symmetry.

 



When the spherical symmetry is broken it forms the imperfect spiral symmetry of life that is visible in nature. This is because if the quantum wave particle function Ψ or probability function is reformulated as a linear vector ǀΨ (t) > then all the information I have found says that each new vector is formed by adding the two previous vectors together this forms the Fibonacci sequence 0, 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, 34, 55, 89, 144, ∞ ad infinity!



In this theory we have the Fibonacci numbers in nature not because of economy of growth or space but because time and space is being formed by the geometry and therefore the mathematics of this dynamic process.

As can be seen on the diagrams we already have zero representing ‘the moment of now’ time equals zero with +1 and -1 representing the positive and negative of electromagnetic waves. Therefore we even have the start of the Fibonacci sequence 0, 1, 1... In the diagram this is linked to Euler Identity giving this beautiful equation a place in the structure of space and time!

In this theory the Fibonacci sequence can also be mathematically linked to the Fine Structure Constant 137

 

 



Richard Feynman in one of his physics lecture said that every theoretical physicist is trying to find a reason for the size of the Fine Structure Constant 137…

The fine structure constant 13703599... ∞ or the Coupling Constant C2 is
an irrational number that never ends and continues into infinity.

This theory predicts that the fine structure constant is a geometrical constant in the physical process that forms the dynamic geometry of spacetime and is the size it is because if you take any two consecutive numbers of the Fibonacci series greater than the number 8 and form them into a fraction. If you then multiple by 360 to get 222... and then subtract this from 360 the result will always be 137... It is a constant in the dynamic geometry of spacetime.

To explain how the probabilistic nature of quantum mechanics can represent the potential possibilities and opportunities of everyday life we have to use the mathematics of the electromagnetic force that is based on the work of Michael Faraday.

Because the light photon of quantum mechanics is also the carrier of the electromagnetic force this can be seen as one universal physical process.

In this diagram instead of having zero in the centre of the diagram representing time equals zero.  We have Q representing charge.  Instead of having a number line representing the future we have a test charge represented by a little q. The future is represented by potential energy in the form of voltage acting on a charge to move the charge from one point to another point.

 The voltage is the work done to bring a test charge little q from infinity all the way in to a point that is a distance r away from the main charge Q.

 

This gives us a totally objective understanding to electromagnetism we have to do work by putting energy into something to create the potential of our own future.

Because this is a universal process it must be the same for all electrical activity therefore electrical activity in the brain can be seen as the most advanced part of this universal process!

 

  Therefore conscious thought is always in the moment of now. With a continuous stream of thoughts and ideas that can comprehend this process as ‘time’ as an interactive process of continuous creation with a potential future infinity of possibilities. 

By dumbing down consciousness to the level of electrical activity that is aware of its own electrical potential we can place the individual observer in the centre of his or her own ref-frame as an active participant in the dynamics of our Universe. Life will create its own ripples in the fabric of spacetime as part of a one universal process. This is true for the smallest creature as it is for the largest planet.

 Therefore Newton’s universal law of gravity is part of this process!

 



In this theory Newton’s apple does not fall to the ground because of the downward force of gravity but because of the upward momentum of EMR or light. Gravity is not a real force at all it is a secondary force to the EM force. Objects just free-fall towards the greatest energy because it has the slowest rate of time or greatest time dilation.

 I believe this can be seen in the mathematics with both the gravitational force and the EM force having the inverse square law.

 

We have the inverse square law because the surface area of the light sphere increases with the square of the radius. Thus the strength of the gravitational field is inversely proportional to the square of the distance from the source.

 



 There is no mysterious action at a distance the gravitational field will work at the speed of light because it is an integral part of one universal process with the EM force!

 

 

We have one universal process that begins with the quantum wave particle function Ψ or probability function of Quantum Mechanics expanding out as an inverse sphere and ends with the inverse square of gravity and Newton’s third law of motion, “to every action there is an equal and opposite reaction” Gravity is the opposite reaction to the atoms radiating quantised spherical wave fronts of electromagnetic radiation.

So far in this video this theory has been explained using the mathematics that we already have. Now we are going to look at the one new equation that this theory is based upon. (E=ˠM˳C²)∞

In this equation the Lorentz contraction of space and time is between the energy and mass. The greater the energy the greater the time dilation and the slower time will run. Mass will increase relative to this and each ref-frame can be seen as a vortex in space formed by the rate that time flows. The C² is light radiating out in all directions forming a sphere of probability.  It is a probability wave of a potential future event and during the act of measurement the magnitude squared or C² gives a probability for different potential future outcomes. The brackets represent the dynamic boundary condition of the ref-frame this is formed by the surface area of the sphere 4π that forms a two 2π dimensional boundary condition.

 

The infinity symbol represents the whole Universe as an infinite number of dynamic ref-frames that are continuously interacting forming the uncertainty of everyday life.
