A reason for Negative Time Experiment Measurement Problem

In a new experiment light photons are absorbed by the atoms and then reemitted, you would expect this interaction to cause the light to slow down. Just as light slows down passing through water. But what the scientists found by using two light beams that have the same frequency. Meaning the same number of waves per second. The light beam that passes through the cloud of atoms has a phase shift that appears as though the photons passed through the medium faster than the light beam that never went through. The explanation explained in these video is that the light passed through the medium faster because we have an emergent probabilistic future coming into existence with the absorption and emission of photons. Whenever our three-dimensional world changes there is a photon electron interaction or coupling. This process is continuously changing photon ∆E=hf energy into the kinetic Eₖ=½mv² energy of matter in the form of electrons. In such a theory light is a wave with photon or particle characteristics as an uncertain future comes into existence. The atoms of the periodic table are standing waves in time with absorption and emission of light waves continuously forming a period of time. The wave particle duality of light and matter in the form of electrons is forming a blank canvas that we, as atoms, can interact with forming a future that will be based on our actions. We have the spontaneous exchange of photon ∆E=hf energy continuously happening all around us. The Past, Present and future are moments (quanta) in the unbroken chain of a temporal process. Because the future is emergent and relative to light waves interacting with the electron probability cloud that surrounds the atomic nucleus, it will create a measurement problem. It will have a phase shift that appears as though the photons passed through the medium faster than the light beam that never went through. If the peak of a wave in the same phase are measured they will appear forming the characteristics of negative time. But what is actually happening, is that the photons are coming into existence relative to the atoms with a probabilistic future unfolding quanta by quanta, moment by moment.
