Inertial and Gravitational Mass
In this theory the speed of light squared is a conversion factor that turns potential energy of what might happen into the kinetic Eₖ=½mv² energy of what is actually happening.
Because the light waves are spherical 4πr² with the process unfolding relative to the spherical surface, we have to square the radius r² ~ c².
There is the potential for a light photon ∆E=hf of energy at each point on the spherical surface with a probabilistic uncertain ∆×∆pᵪ≥h/4π future unfolding with photon potential energy being converted to the kinetic energy of matter in the form of electrons.
